Full visual appraisal includes:

* kerb appeal
* presentation of front and rear gardens,
* external and internal decoration and presentation
* plus the layout of all rooms with special attention to the kitchen, toilet and bathroom and any other relevant areas.

Your consultant will take notes and make recommendations on areas where we feel improvements can be made. We will also advise on what we feel is the best price you are likely to achieve.

After discussing your needs and budget your consultant will advise on a plan of action.

A written appraisal with agreed recommendations will be sent to you by email or post to include business contact list if required (Additional Fee of £30)

On completion of changes you can arrange for your consultant to revisit your home (reduced revisit fee of £55).
